I'm Hyunsoo Cha, a MS/PhD student at Seoul National University, supervised by Hanbyul Joo, with a passion for facial reconstruction and generation.

My academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, following a transfer from Electronic Engineering at Hanyang University.

Research

I am researching AI related to faces in the field of computer vision. I am deeply interested in reconstructing and generating faces using 3D representations such as NeRF and Point Cloud. If you have any questions about my research, please feel free to contact me.

We propose a novel generative method for creating personalized 3D avatars using monocular videos.
